PLC Programming - Programmable Logic Controllers
A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) lies at the heart of many machine, process or other automated task. The reduction in costs of PLC systems in recent years has enabled PLC technology to compete with traditional hardwired controls on a cost basis and yet offer many advantages over traditional control with respect to ease of modification, reduction in panel space, access to remote telemetry and connection to visualization devices such as HMI’s (Human Machine Interface).
